研究成果:主要从事稀土、稀土-过渡金属团簇的设计合成及其单分子磁体、磁制冷等磁性研究,目前已在Chem. Commun., Inorg. Chem.Dalton Trans.等国际重要学术期刊上发表SCI 学术论文10余篇。
